These total body training workouts incorporate cardio endurance, speed and agility, strength training, core strength and stability, flexibility, balance and mobility in 45-, 60-, 75- and 90-minute formats. A variety of equipment & training formats help you push boundaries, breakthrough plateaus and get (AND KEEP) results. All ages and fitness levels welcome. From the comfort of your home, join us Monay, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6pm EST. Hand weights are recommended. Additional equipment such as Swiss balls, steps/benches, resistance bands, etc are optional for more variety and challenge to the exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
